After a two week long International break the boys are back talking Matchday 9 and discussed the Joe Mourinho masterclass performance against Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City, in a cagey affair where Tottenham Hotspur walked away with all three points.

The next heavyweight matchup was Huss’ Liverpool silencing some doubters after the injury ravaged International break that the champions came off of smacking Leicester City 3-0 with Roberto Firmino scoring only his 3rd goal at home in his last 50 Premier league home matches.

The guys move on to discuss the ongoing debate between Frank Lampard and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as Frank Lampard’s Chelsea win a clean 2-0 win against Newcastle United and break down in a FIERY debate of whether or not Tammy Abraham is the forward Chelsea need to win trophies under Frank Lampard.

The boys slyly transition into another humbling performance from Manchester United as Solskjaer’s side moved up to 10th in the table with an ugly 1-0 win against West Bromwich Albion where the same issues persisted for Manchester United.

The final big six match saw Arsenal luckily draw against a well managed Leeds United team which saw record signing Nicolas Pepe doing his best Zidane impression and get sent off.

The guys discuss some quick touch including Sheffield losing 1-0 to David Moyes’ West Ham as well as a nice win for Brighton against Aston Villa 2-1 and Fulham losing 3-2 to Dominic Calvert Lewin’s Everton. The cast close off with some La Liga news as well as a look at the tables in France and Italy as well.
