Quick question for all of you pilosas:

  • Do you check work email outside of office hours?
  • Do you make yourself available 24/7—to solve any problem that might arise?
  • Will you pick up work outside of your job description at a moment’s notice?

I am sure you have done at least one of those things throughout your career, I know I have, but I have learned from those mistakes and it is time for you to reassess if you are still doing any of those things before your burnout!!
