Recently we had the chance to catch up with industry-acclaimed tile artisan Jimmy Reed of Rock Solid Tile at the Western Pool & Spa Show in Long Beach, CA. We wanted to get his feedback on a video he posted to social media where he was called in to consult on a pretty disastrous tile installation gone wrong.

On the surface, it looked like a beautiful job but once Jimmy started his inspection, it became pretty clear that was a lot wrong with the tile installation. During our conversation why wanted to know why catastrophic failures like that occur and how to prevent them from happening in the first place.
