You read that right folks, I spent a wonderful Saturday morning with members of the York City Derby Dames while they practiced at Roll-R-Way in York. This was a super fun episode to record as I knew of Roller Derby, but not much more than the surface stuff of a lot of incredibly talented girls and guys getting physical on skates. Hang out through the entire episode and learn all about the sport of derby from the kind team members; Madhouse Mexi, Ruby Wrecker, Johnny Slays (and Brianna), Dap, Devour (team founder), Heather G, Mrs. Garrett and Jessica.
Don't be a square, go see the Derby Dames in action October 21st at Roll-R-Way (940 Vander Ave, York, PA 17403) at 5 P.M. for a charity co-ed throwdown!
