“I haven’t been able to look at myself in the mirror for the last five years, and today I like what I see.”

Most of my clients are at war with themselves. This is how I help them.

This was an actual quote from one of my coaching clients. The majority of my clients have one thing in common: They are at war with themselves. They’re dominated by negative self-talk, limiting beliefs, stress, and fear.
So the first thing I do with all my coaching clients is uncover what is getting in the way of them becoming their highest selves and maximizing their potential: those limiting beliefs, the old stories we bring to the present, the unhealthy patterns, and overwhelming stress, fear, and anxiety.

“Uncover, discover, and discard.”

The second thing we do is discover the negative impact that these things are causing on my clients’ lives and the lives around them.

Finally, we discard. We let go of the past, the negative beliefs, and the worn-out stories. After that, we create new ways of being, positive habits to replace the old ones.

Uncover, discover, and discard.

With that framework, I empower my clients to find new possibilities in their lives. You can get what Paul got, a loving and compassionate relationship with yourself. You deserve it.
