First and foremost, I'm sorry. I made a promise and commitment at the beginning of the year to record and publish new podcast episodes every week for 2023. And I fell short. I haven't recorded a new episode in four months. And I take ownership and accountability for not following through. The past four months have been very difficult. But not an excuse. And here we are. 30 days left in 2023. And I have an awesome exercise to create positive momentum ending this year and into 2024. Changing the conversation. Flipping the switch.
