Tessy Antony de Nassau is a former Princess of Luxembourg, but that’s honestly the least interesting thing about her! She’s also a humanitarian, activist and social entrepreneur who is currently pursuing a PHD in integrative medicine. Tessy and I talk about combating burnout and depression in public, people wanting her to work for free, and the launch of her new clothing line Human Highness. A former UN and NATO decorated Peace Keeper, Tessy is also mother to two teenage Princes and discusses the dire need for better sex education for young boys, how her own #MeToo moment while in Kosovo has driven her advocacy for women in conflict zones, and why other women have been some of the biggest obstacles to her career - something we don’t acknowledge or talk about enough. This is an outstanding episode, so get settled in with a glass of something and be prepared to meet the woman behind the tabloid fever.
