It's not often someone switches careers as drastically as Frankee Adams. She’s gone from anti-sexual violence advocate to perfume entrepreneur by way of a fast-paced career in sales, building her own brand and business model from scratch, launching the perfume subscription service Bare & Bond. Frankee shares with me what it means to look after yourself after her personal experience of burnout, and realising that just because she was young didn't mean she was invincible. Frankee also discusses bringing personal and artistic connection back to perfume, steering away from the soulless, over-sexualised adverts which don’t add value or meaning to the consumer. Genuine, relatable and with a multifaceted bag of life experience shining through, Frankee’s episode is as intriguing as it is entertaining and informative.
