The podcast is about living as a whole person and providing biblical soul care for individuals. Holistic living is an approach that considers the whole person, body, soul,/Spirit in the pursuit of health and well-being. This podcast will encourage individuals to make choices that promote harmony within the body and soul/Spirit. We have identified five dimensions of whole person-living: Physical, Psychological, Emotional, Spiritual, and Relational. The idea is that individuals have a soul, which must be healthy, before individuals can experience true well-being. The podcast focuses on nurturing the well-being of one's inner self or soul. The podcast helps to bridge the gap between spiritual and psychological aspects of a person's well-being, which can lead to living as a whole person. Spiritual and psychology are distinct fields with their approach and perspectives on exploring inner peace, but they can intersect. We will combine insight from both areas to encourage the power of Whole-Person living.
