I’ve been lucky to work with some incredible people, particularly some incredible women, and Michelle Smith is one of those women. It was inspiring to work alongside her at one of our past companies because we were in flow. We were making the important happen and the unimportant go away, and doing our best to make the lives of our team members easier. Plus, it was fun! Crazy idea in corporate life. Since we’ve both gone our separate ways, it doesn’t surprise me at all that Michelle has launched Michelle Smith Coaching to support professional women find success and work-life balance. In this episode, we dive into all the ways that there is still room for equality, why women still need extra support to thrive (despite 2023 being a record for women in business), and why there is so much room for all of us to support each other.
