The first A of personal branding is altruism. I have spoken ad-nauseum about the power of authenticity. If you think of authenticity as a marketing ploy to gain client leads, you’ve already missed the point.
The second A of personal branding is authenticity. Being authentic is not a formula since each person’s authenticity will be entirely their own.
