Arielle Nissenblatt is the founder of EarBuds Podcast Collective, which is a podcast recommendation newsletter and podcast. She is also the community manager at SquadCast.fm, which means she is in charge of fostering a sense of community among her customers. Her job is to figure out how her community wants to be engaged with the product.
