Following on from the release of the Robert Walters 2024 Salary Survey, Robert Kruger, Manager of the Robert Walters Australian legal team sat down with Chris O'Callaghan, Managing Director of the Association of Corporate council to discuss the current state of the legal market and explore some of the insights from the Salary Survey, and advise on what 2024 will bring.

Chris O’Callaghan is Managing Director of ACC Australia, the preeminent membership association for those working within in-house legal teams. Immediately, prior to joining ACC Australia, Chris developed and led a Consulting business, and was responsible for the professional development of Partners, Lawyers and those working in Business Services for a global law firm. Chris has worked in the field of People & Organisation Transformation for the majority of his career, across both different industry sectors and geographies. Chris holds a Masters in Organisational Development and is an accredited Executive Coach.
