All the wonderful truth of the Bible is poured out in the Psalms in such a way that we learn to delight in God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit has traced all the sorrows, sorrows, fears, doubts, hopes, concerns, perplexities in the Psalms, in short, all the disturbing emotions with which the minds of men are usually stirred.

Finally, praying the Psalms is God's antidote to coldness of heart in our walk with Christ.
