Today’s show is with Audrey, a San Francisco based content creator and the owner of Salvage Studio, a zero waste denim and garment repair business. Through her platform, @a_thrifted_wardrobe, Audrey normalizes the practice of re-wearing, mending and upcycling, and educates through digestible mending tutorials to empower folks to repair and properly care for their own clothes.

Through Salvage Studio, she has repaired hundreds of vintage and modern pieces. Some of the most memorable pieces she’s restored include a great-great grandfather’s wool sweater, a pair of perfectly worn in 1930’s work jeans, and a hiking backpack that a squirrel feasted on. All this and more on today’s show!

It’s a really fun one, so let’s just dive right in!
