In the run up to the Senedd & Holyrood elections, the Labour Party has started work on a number of projects aimed at remaking the way the UK works to provide a sustainable third way between independence and the status quo. The First Minister calls this 'home rule' and others are calling it 'Radical Federalism'. This discussion chaired by Professor Laura McAllister follows a proposal by the Radical Federalism project for a 'People's Convention' in Wales to lay the groundwork for a renegotiation of the union. Laura is joined by Mick Antoniw MS, Beth Winter MP, Prof. Kevin Morgan and Prof. James Mitchell.
