What constitutes jaywalking? Victoria Police is cracking-down on pedestrians and cyclists in Melbourne's CBD. But if there's no pedestrian crossing nearby, what are you supposed to do? People are reported missing every day. It's an extremely routine procedure for police, and thankfully, most people reported missing are located within a few hours. Do you know how long you have to be 'missing' before you can be reported as a Missing Person? And David talks about the concept of entrapment. Does it exist in Australia? Is it lawful for police to 'sit off' car parks and wait for criminals to try to break in to cars?
