We ask our coaches to scrimmage and have "Fun." Often this fun is unstructured and lacks the instruction that paves the way for a prosperous life as a footballer. American kids hit a ceiling, where they are no longer as effective. Fritz explains how the American parent and the need to win, trumps the desire for technical skills and it is a roadblock for high-levels of play.
