Καταρχήν ξεπλένουμε πάρα πολύ καλά το ποδαράκι και την κοιλιά κάτω απο την βρύση με άφθονο νερό.Έπειτα έχουμε γεμίσει σε μια μεγάλη λεκάνη νερό,έχουμε ρίξει το χυμό απο τα λεμόνια και μπόλικο ξύδι.Με τις λεμονόκουπες τρίβουμε καλά την κοιλιά και το ποδαράκι.Τα βάζουμε μέσα στο νερό που έχουμε ετοιμάσει.Έγω τα αφήνω όλοι (με ομικρον γιωτα) τη νύχτα μέσα να γνωριστούνε!
