In this episode of Project Management Office Hours, PMO Joe welcomed Robert Briese and Konstantin Ribel. They discussed Agile, Scrum, Large-Scale Scrum using LeSS and the practical application of these within organizations. Robert shares the history of his company, Lean Sherpas and we get to understand how we can often do more when we simplify.
Robert is the founder and CEO of Lean Sherpas GmbH. As one of only 23 certified Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) Trainers in the world he works with individuals, teams, and organizations on adopting practices for agile and lean development as well as improving organizational agility through cultural change. Lean Sherpas is a Germany-based Agile Coaching company that operates worldwide.
Konstantin is a Scrum Master – the first fomenter of the LeSS Huge adoption at BMW Group’s Autonomous Driving division. He is also one of the 23 certified Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) Trainers across the world. He is convinced that today’s organizations need a radical structural change to shift mindsets, and unleash collective intelligence. His strong desire to learn and question the status quo help him achieve his vision: organizations where human intelligence and efforts are highly respected.
