On Episode 215 I sit down with Julia Ralston. Julia is a friend of mine from CrossFit Roots and you may recall her husband Nick from Episode 205.
Julia is from Santa Cruz, CA., and she and I debate if that is actually northern or mid-California. She went to Boston College where she majored in communications with a focus on magazine journalism. We also talk about her time working for FaceBook and Google, all of the group fitness classes that she's taken throughout her life, and how she finally got into CrossFit, Instagram Filters and how to use them, and so much more!
