On Episode 229 I sit down with Lindsay Andrew. I met Lindsay last year when she came out to Colorado for a Diesel Day.
Lindsay first found CrossFit in 2008. She co-owned multiple CrossFit gyms in Las Vegas and also competed on a team at Regionals for 6 years. In 2013, she became a member of the CrossFit Seminar Staff.
On this episode, we talk about her journey into finding CrossFit, coaching, working on Seminar Staff, and her Diesel Day experience from last year.
