On Episode 231 I sit down with Nick Ralston to discuss, well, me. On this episode, Nick asks me questions about endurance/longer-type events from the past and ones that I have planned for the future. We take a deep dive into experiences had, lessons learned, motivations, and potential benefits that come from putting yourself through events like this and a whole lot more.

For a long time, I have been a big believer in doing longer events in order to learn about/improve yourself. Like other things that I see as valuable for self-improvement, endurance-type events are one vehicle, not an end all be all to help solve the world's problems. With that being said, I believe that when done right, they have the ability to inspire some real change within yourself and the world around you.

Don't believe me? Well, I can only take you so far in what I have to say. At some point, you're going to have to find out for yourself.

Thank you all for listening and I hope that you enjoy this conversation as much as I did!
