Your routine can be re-established but only if you are willing to take things step-by-step without overachieving out of the gate! With all the years of being in motion as an athlete and coaching others to achieve to become I must say that “falling of the wagon,” is part of the process! Truth is that we are not perfect. Truth be told that we fall beneath the line and we have to have these moments sometimes to really understand and appreciate what a restart is and how to to follow through to get your fitness journey back into gear! Tune in today if you are having serious thoughts about getting back into the fitness saddle! If you let yourself go a little and searching how to gain momentum to become a physical engine that performs at her/his optimal.
