The time is now to become closer with the most important person in your life, which is YOU. In this episode you will find suggestions on behalf of building a better relationship with yourself which I do believe is worth every single attempt. I have found over the years of coaching Project C that the simplicity of documenting a new program, hobby, ritual, etc through a binder that is only dedicated to what you are currently interested in provokes self to stay engaged, form of self accountability and a tool to always have in the future.
As we chat about the the ways to discover what you are truly capable of and how to document it through your binder we will also prepare the mind to open up a blank journal that is labeled Project You with “your name.”
This is another step to really be able to learn how to future self journal, reflect and also realize once and for all that your Story Matters and is one hundred percent worth knowing at the capacity you are about to discover through writing!
It’s so unique, so simple and yes takes time! We are working developing a relationship with self therefore we are declaring today that we have time for ourselves! We know we are a priority!
And this is the perfect time, today to discover self more!
