Geordin Hill-Lewis, 37, is Cape Town's youngest Mayor, with degrees in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from UCT, and a Masters in Finance specialising in Economic Policy from London University. Since 2011, he's been a Member of Parliament, notably as the youngest MP at 24, holding portfolios in Trade and Industry and Finance.
