With so much attention being paid to Paris Saint-Germain's transfer signings, it's easy to forget that on the pitch, the reigning French champions have looked awfully impressive with four consecutive victories.

On this episode of PSG Talking, I hand off hosting duties to Guillaume and he's joined by fellow long-time contributors Matt and Cose. They're essentially the Thiago Motta, Marco Verratti, and Blaise Matuidi of the podcast crew.

The show begins with a discussion of the 3-0 win over OGC Nice at the Allianz Riviera. PSG dismissed Patrick Vieira's side with relative ease in what was the first time we really saw Les Parisiens play close to their potential.

The conversation transitions to PSG's 2-0 win over Stade de Reims at the Parc des Princes, with a brace from Mauro Icardi, and the 6-1 win over Angers SCO, which included Alessandro Florenzi's first goal as a PSG player since arriving on loan from AS Roma.

Up next, the crew discusses PSG's transfer business. There are several new faces in the French capital and some old ones still remain (Julian Draxler and Jesé to name a couple). What can supporters expect from Danilo Pereira, Rafinha, and Moise Kean? Will they be major contributors or fringe players? Regardless, it will be up to manager Thomas Tuchel to rotate his starting lineup to keep all of the players happy now that he has quality depth at nearly every position.

As always, thank you for listening, and be sure to subscribe and rate the show wherever you download your podcasts.
