In which we first discuss Chapter 3 ('The Cliffs Reel') and then move on to read Chapter 4, which we will discuss in next Monday's podcast. Chapter 4 tells of Conan's meeting with the ancient Acheronian wizard-king Xaltotun, who first tries to win Conan over as a vassal and then, feeling some kind of diabolical call, sends him to be chained in the dungeon.
