Learn more at www.PureSoulAlchemy.com This show is a shamanic healing session to create a more calm and centered life. There is always going to be situations and people who trigger and evoke strong feelings. Period. We can do our part by becoming more aware of that which tends to knock us off balance and by strategizing ways to avert and avoid these. However, it's also highly beneficial to instill a more calm, centered, stabilized grounding into our truth as well. When we accomplish this, we have more peaceful calm inner strength directing our life. We are less affected by external circumstances and we have more personal empowerment because we are in control and less reactive and less susceptible to losing our peaceful balance. In this session, we will untether from habitual emotional reactivity responses and issue in a new calm orientation. Before listening to this session, be sure to ponder the ways in which you habitually slip into highly emotional reactivity responses to challenging circumstances and people. Think about how you would prefer to respond and how you'd like others to respond to you. Doing this will facilitate their being addressed in the session.
