Lucas Meek began using checklists to ensure everything received the attention it deserved, long before becoming a private pilot. He created spreadsheets to track communication and log all the information he received. And because time is too precious to waste, he implemented routines for efficiency.

He has now toured for over fifteen years, traveled to all fifty of the United States and more than thirty-five countries. He's worked in legendary venues like Madison Square Garden, coordinated production for television performances worldwide, and entertained troops aboard an aircraft carrier in the Persian Gulf.

Lucas has found himself in many difficult situations throughout his career and has made mistakes and learned hard lessons. He continues to refine my approach for better performance and more efficient work to benefit myself and the people he works with. Because there is no how-to manual for the live production industry, He founded The Efficient Hustle as a way to share what he's learned.

In this episode, Lucas shares about his journey through the production industry and how A Passion for Efficiency has helped direct his path
