Silverstray, a non-profit organization founded in 2019 by Kelly Carey, Kelly says "we are sowing the seeds for a compassionate community that encourages families to remain and not just survive but thrive on a foundation of empathy." Silverstray is dedicated to offering essential services such as free spay/neuter, microchips/vaccines, and TNR.
