Beyond REACH: A Glimpse into the Future with TyQuillious Mahone. This is season 3 episode 8 of the Putnam Proud Podcast.

In the previous episode of the Putnam Pieces videocast, viewers learned about REACH Georgia, a needs-based scholarship program that supports students from 8th grade through graduation. The program offers mentorship, academic coaching, and requires scholars to maintain a 2.5 GPA, positive behavior, and good attendance to receive a $10,000 scholarship. By promoting academic and personal growth, it instills success habits and provides a pathway to higher education.

In the latest episode of the Putnam Proud Podcast, listeners will be introduced to Tyquillious Mahone, a 2021 PCHS graduate and a successful REACH Scholar. Tyquillious will share how the program supported him during high school and prepared him for his future at South Georgia Tech and in the military. The podcast will cover Tyquillious' experiences with Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) through PCHS and his passion for automotive mechanics, which led him to pursue a Motor Sports degree at South Georgia Tech. His insights and expectations as he embarks on his new journey with the United States Air Force will also be shared. Tyquillious' accomplishments make us extremely proud, and we eagerly anticipate what the future holds for him!
