Episode 8 is all about the magic of connecting our thoughts, our needs, and our desires for change in the World with music. A few weeks back I had the opportunity to listen to the Ground shaking Hit "Stand up" and I felt straight chills from their sound and message. I had to learn more which lead up to an interview with Canadian artists Dizz and Khadija of rIVerse. rIVerse is a Toronto based POP/R&B quartet with a mission to represent the underrepresented; to offer & uplift voices of folx who walk in similar shoes. rIVerse is such a beautiful group because the members all represent different races, genders, sexual orientations, body types, and religions; showing that despite these differences, unity, and connection are inescapable!
