Welcome to Episode 11 of QTR Time, a brand new podcast covering all things netball in the UK and beyond!
On today's show, we recap all the games from Round 1 of the ANZ Premiership in New Zealand, as well as mixing things up a bit with a special ‘QTR Time Trio’ and picking some key matchups from the round. We'll also be highlighting one of the top talking points from this week around the physicality of the game and whether netball needs to implement a post-match review process.
Our guest for this episode is London Pulse's Strength & Conditioning coach Dan Lavipour, who we'll be chatting to about his career as an S&C coach for Pulse, the Northern Mystics and the Silver Ferns. We’ll be asking him about how to build a positive and productive training environment, as well as what the future holds for S&C within the Superleague.
