9月12日，英超2020-2021赛季正式开锣。但中国的英超球迷的心情在这个九月好似坐了过山车。9月初，英超终止与中国合作伙伴PPTV的转播协议。到了9月17日，腾讯体育宣布与英超联盟达成合作，将全程转播本赛季剩余的全部赛事。英超在中国发展与其在中国的电视转播有着密切关系，我和曾担任体育记者多年的周亚波聊了聊。在他眼里，英超在中国版权发展的历史，就是一部中国球迷观看体育赛事介质变化的历史，也是中国消费者内容付费理念更迭的一段历史。
