When picturing the lives of Barristers it is all too easy to conjure up the image of chesterfields coupled with the smells of sherry and wig powder but the modern Melbourne Barrister cannot be easily pigeon-holed. Barristers come from a diverse range of backgrounds and they are united only by their independence. The journey to the Bar is often as challenging and as interesting as the experiences there.
