This month, we are going back to some fundamental meditation basics; why it is the cornerstone to accessing the gateway through to the greater reality and how being able to cultivate stillness will change your life! It can be challenging to be able to control the fluctuations in the mind. This is not surprising as we are so inundated with everything and anything these days in our modern world making it very difficult to just switch off and unplug. The great news is that ‘All it takes is 5 minutes’!

In this first podcast in the Tips for Meditating series, I introduce how and why finding stillness is so beneficial throughout all layers of life! I also share a guided stillness meditation that I welcome you to join in and save for future times.
