In today's episode I had the opportunity to talk to Carlos R Hernandez, he's an El Centro native he's also a teacher at Sunflower Elementary in El Centro. Carlos is running for the short term position at the Centro Union High School School board. Although Carlos is only 32 years old he's had a lot of experience in both public and private education, he's taught kindergarten all the way to high school and continuation students . We talked about his experiences in education and why he took the chance of running for Centro Union High School School board. He's also really into technology and incorporating it into the classroom. This episode is not an endorsement just a way for you the listener to get to know one of the many candidates in this upcoming election day!
