Mike Zinicola is the owner of The EZ Referral Network, which is a Top 10 expansion team in Keller Williams. Last year they were ranked the 28th largest Team of all brokerages in Units. He has been named the Number One LGBTQ+ Real Estate team owner in the country. Last year he was given the Beacon of Light Award from the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance for his work founding the LGBT Housing Initiative, an organization that funds other organizations that uplift and elevate homeless LGBT youth off the streets.
