Entrepreneurship is not all unicorns and rainbows. Imposter syndrome can hit us all no matter how successful we seem to the outside world.
My fabulous guest in this episode, Shelley Hammond, to all intents and purposes is that person. She has over 100,000 followers on Instagram but don’t let that fool you. Fear and self-doubt still affected her, but the desire to create her own path enabled her to overcome them.
In this episode Shelley discusses the overwhelm she felt channelling a growth mindset and working by herself after years in corporate. How she began to see everything as a learning opportunity, including stepping away from a client. She also shares how being able to make these decisions gave her a sense of empowerment.
