Rumours over the past week suggested that Mattia Binotto might be set to take over from Otmar Szafnauer as Team Principal at Alpine.
The French squad's poor start to 2023 led to public criticism earlier this month from CEO Laurent Rossi, leading some to suggest that Szafnauer’s position may be under threat.
