A leader doesn’t have to choose between collective results and each person’s individuality. In fact, you can’t get one without the other. The strength of the team is the individual, and the strength of the individual is the team. As a leader, it’s your responsibility to do what you can to prevent bias, prejudice and bullying from destroying respect on your team.
