Eleanor Mills pursued her passion for journalism after leaving university at 21, and found that writing had always been her forte.

Currently, she is known to be one of the most high profile commentators. She is a British journalist formerly associated with The Sunday Times and The Times. She was the editorial director of The Sunday Times and editor of its magazine until March 2020. She was employed by Times Newspapers for 22 years.

In March of 2021 she launched an online community platform for women called Noon. When writing for The Sunday Times she was particularly loved for her writing on women, work and the ongoing gender revolution.

In her interview she spoke about:

The demanding hours in the journalism industry and at her job

Establishing her own media company

How she navigated a sexist environment

Her strong belief in women supporting one another, recognizing that this camaraderie was essential in overcoming the challenges posed by a male-dominated space and much more.
