For 23 Years, Roger Scott was one of the countries most recognised voice on the Radio, presenting Drivetime for Capital Radio for 15 of those years and Saturday Sequence and Scott on Sunday for BBC Radio 1. As a Radio DJ he introduced us to the likes of Bruce Springsteen and features such as The Three O' Clock Thrill and Crusin.
In this special programme to mark what would have been his 80 Birthday, Naomi Cutler looks back on the life of The DJ's DJ, speaking to many well known names in the industry who worked alongside and asks the question, why is Roger Scott still a huge influence?
