What comes to your mind when you hear the name Kerala? The cuisine of Kerala is definitely something most people associate with the word Kerala. Now, it is no surprise that we, as Malayalis are fond of our food. But how does an outsider who loves food perceive our cuisine? RJ Vinaya, a foodie herself, chats with Aparna Mulberry, a half-American, half-Chilean teacher/vlogger who was raised in Kerala for 12 years and has carried Kerala culture with her across several continents in the due course of her life. Popularly known as ‘Inverted Coconut', Aparna shares with Vinaya her favourite Kerala dishes.
