Smoking used to be the biggest health burden on Australians, but now obesity has taken over. With less people smoking, more people are dealing with the health complications caused by physical inactivity and poor diet.

The Australian Burden of Disease Study 2024 by the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare reveals which diseases are robbing us of our health.
