In the second segment of our program we discuss how apocalyptic literature created confusion and made it appear that Jesus was introducing novel ideas in contrast with Fist Century Judaism. We put The Catholic Catechism and N.T. Wright's books to our pass or fail test as they describe Jesus as both the fulfillment and embodiment of Israel's role in the G-d's plan of redemption.
