At the start of the NFL season, Rail Talk hosts Joe Bianca and Jon Green made a friendly wager involving their favorite teams. Though neither the Jets or Giants could be classified as winners this season, Joe’s Jets finished with a better record than Jon’s Giants and as the slightly bigger loser, Jon had to journey from suburban New Jersey all the way to Joe’s Brooklyn apartment to record Episode 25 of Rail Talk.

Even more lively when together in person, Joe and Jon give their spicy takes on certain Eclipse Awards acceptance speeches, react to the Pegasus World Cup card and discussed the proposal of a second Pegasus-like celebration called the California Crown at Santa Anita.

Also on the table was the story of Bob Baffert’s owners standing by their man and refusing to transfer their potential Derby horses to other trainers by Churchill Downs’s deadline, plus the upcoming weekend at Gulfstream as Derby prep fever begins to heat up. Joe’s dog Cy makes a special appearance for the last segment and it seems everyone forgot about Special Correspondent Skip Anderson.

You can find the Rail Talk podcasts along with all our content on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Audible, YouTube, and of course RailTalkMedia.com. Special thanks to our sponsors Fasig-Tipton, Taylor Made, the Green Group, Arion Pedigrees and Black Dog Bloodstock for making it all possible.
