Month one of my “Year of No” is in the books! As promised, I’m kicking off the first monthly check-in with a behind-the-scenes look at how it’s all feeling so far. And since I’m no longer on social media, you’re getting the unfiltered, highly-concentrated, shout-it-from-the-rooftops edition.

So how’s it going? Do I have any regrets? Have I cheated? Listen in as I reveal my full list of no’s for the new year, the criteria I’ve set for saying no in a way that supports a life led by my values, and what I’ve learned from a month away from social media. While you’re at it, let me know how YOUR journey into the new year has been, or find out if my “no’s” might be something you’re yearning to say yes to. Head to tiffanyhan.com/asktiffany and let’s have a conversation!
