Alberta de Jetley is running for Maui County Council, and I think we should all vote for her. In this episode, I have a nice long conversation with Alberta and we learn a lot about her background and what she plans on accomplishing if she wins in November. I've had the pleasure of having a few long conversations with Alberta at this point, and I am still surprised at how much more there is to learn about her every time. What struck me as most interesting from this interview is her incredibly diverse professional background, as well as her depth of knowledge concerning our County and the problems it has faced over the years. Given those two factors alone, I think she is a great candidate for the Lanai seat and she has my full support.
